Medium Online Pizza Card

The Medium Online Pizza Card is also designed to help achieve any size goal! Sell our Medium Online Pizza Card for $10 and your school or group will receive $5 for each card sold. You do not have to pay any money up front for the presale tickets. You will have one month to sell the presale tickets. At the end of the 30 days let Papa John’s know how many presale tickets you sold. At that time, you will need to come to our main office and fill out a contract. All money will need to be collected and turned into Papa John's before taking possession of any cards. Once you've taken positions of the cards, no refunds will be allowed. Lost or stolen tickets cannot replace or credited. Papa John's pizza will not refund or exchange expired cards.

The Medium Online Pizza Card is good for one medium one topping pizza. You will need to go to papajohnshawaii.com to order your pizza. Use your unique promo code highlighted in red from your card to redeem this offer. The card will be valid for one-time use only, redeemable online only.
